US should rethink on sanctions

-

THE West continues to sing the old chorus which has and continues to be the paralysing spell on our motherland’s economy.

Their brothers and sisters in this crime against humanity have since turned the page to rewrite economic prosperity.

The latest bid by Washington to try and change the Government by placing more sanctions on our leaders is a crime.

The United States continues with its big brother mentality simultaneously hiding behind the needle of human rights and abuse. This just exposes the shocking levels of hypocrisy.

First, remove the beam in your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye (Matthew 7:5).

The police in their own nation continue to discriminate against our fellow AfricanAmerican brothers and sisters.

Countless cases of African-Americans being shot dead by those who claim to be the Messiah of all nations are on record for all to see.

We thank them for the aid they give us, however, it becomes more of a show-off when they use this against us so that we remain silent as they continue to heap misery on our people.

Sanctions hurt the Jack and Jill on the street. Ambassador Brian Nichols should advise his boss Donald Trump and Capitol Hill that sanctions are not in the best interest of humanity.

Our Government led by President Emmerson Mnangagwa has put in place reforms, set up Polad and Europe has given it a nod.

Most European countries are removing the insane, illogical sanctions they had imposed.
