Hwange continue to march on as Arenel lose

HWANGE Football Club continued to march towards an early return to the Premier Soccer League when they clobbered CIWU 5-0 in a Zifa Southern Region Division One match played at the

Colliery Stadium yesterday while one of their closest title rivals Arenel Movers were beaten by Casymn away. Arenel, beaten 1-0 by Casymn have moved down the log to third, with second spot now occupied by ZPC Hwange who were 2-0 victorious over Binga Pirates at home.

James Chivasa and skipper Kelly Shiyandindi scored a brace each for the coal miners while the other goal was scored by veteran Felix Chindungwe.

With the win, Hwange are now on 57 points, five ahead of ZPC Hwange with Arenel third with 51 points.
