-

continue to abuse drugs and be involved in activities that are disastrous. At the end of the day we suffer in silence.

Lack of information will only lead to your dead end that’s why AmaNdebele say: “Ukungazi kufana lokufa” and indeed the saying is true.

It might be good today but tomorrow it’ll hurt more. It is never too late to ask for help.

Everyone is bound to go through depression just like the change of seasons from summer-autumn-winter-spring. Men cannot suffer alone when they can also get help.

Suicide cases are rising by day when therapists and counsellors are also rising. They’re there for us to get information they’re there for us to be helped.

Do not be ashamed to get help for it’ll be beneficial to you at the end of the day. Help yourself save you for the world needs someone like you.

Do not turn a blind eye on people who want help. Be a good ambassador and help us as we fight against social ills. Be informed and help others find themselves again.
