Three doors used by demons to access our lives
GREETINGS beloved nation in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. In the scriptures, there are three main ways that demons and satan can use to gain access to all men including believers.
We know that these evil spirits called demons want to possess, influence and control all men by taking over their bodies. We must know that these are demons and they are without bodies. So, for them to operate in the world they need to find a body to use, so that they will fulfil their master’s agenda on earth, because spirits cannot function effectively without bodies.
When demons begin to take over a man’s life there are certain urges that we see in a person that are extraordinary. These spirits can cause extraordinary appetites because they want to feed themselves through your mouth and your body. Some signs manifest in a person’s life when he is being controlled by these demons such as having an uncontrollable appetite for food, consuming huge amounts of food and yet gaining no weight. This spirit is called gluttony, it’s a spiritual state and not a medical one.
A man was created to have one wife and a woman one husband. Yet, you discover that certain appetites come upon a man or a woman. You find people having extramarital affairs and you hear people saying it’s normal. This is not normal, these are spirits that will be making a demand for many partners because they will be many inside a person. You may wonder what is going wrong in society. The answer is, some demons are sponsoring such activities. That is why when you cast out demons they first refuse. They know that in the world there isn’t enough accommodation because they are many. We see in the bible in Luke 8:30 that the man who had a legion of demons in one body could break chains and was living among graves.
The main aim of these demons, just like their master, in John 10:10 is to, “kill, steal and destroy”. They want you to go to hell when you die. These spirits are in this world looking for accommodation and that being human beings. In Matthew 12:4345, it says, “when a spirit is cast out, it will go to dry places and findeth none, then he says I will return into my house from whence I came out.” So, a house has doors. These doors in our bodies have to be closed so that demons will not find an access point to control or manipulate us.
We should understand that according to authoritative scripture, there are three main access doors that demons and satan use to gain access to all men including believers. These are the doors that give them access.
1.First door - Covenants.
These are not only in New and Old Testaments, it is a system of authorisation between two or more people, ratified by the mystery of blood, with mutual advantages if kept and severe consequences if violated. The concept of covenant pre-dates the Old and New Testaments. In Genesis, there is a covenant with Earth that it will produce after its kind. Meaning you cannot sow oranges and reap mangoes. In Genesis 8, Noah made an altar and God made a covenant of seed time and harvest and many other covenants. There are personal covenants and territorial covenants. People made personal covenants with God in the Bible, some of which had one-time conditions and benefits, whilst others had everlasting benefits. So, there are all kinds of covenants between two or more people, with mutual benefits if obeyed. These are disastrous if disobeyed. In Africa, there are many churches yet the economy has not grown. So, the first system of authorisation on earth that authorises both God and demons is a covenant.
2.Second door – Disobedience
Disobedience is a force in the spirit just like disobedience is a force that can make things happen as we see in Deuteronomy 28:1-20. The birth of
Jesus does not take away the force of disobedience, for it is still at work, just in the same way the force of obedience is still at work. In Proverbs 26:2, this is the description of many lives and many families. There is a spirit that works in men that makes them disobedient because satan knows that until you are assisted by a spirit you cannot disobey. Consistent disobedience is empowered by a spirit, meaning when someone walks in disobedience and perpetual rebellion there is a spirit assisting him because human beings are not that bad.
3.Third door – Ignorance
In Ephesians 4:18, an ignorant man is a gateway for the enemy to come and destroy his life to pieces as we see in John 10:10. This is where many people have problems. They have worked well to break demonic causes and covenants in their lives, but they have no grace for obedience and grace for spiritual intelligence as we see in Psalms 82:5-7. The Bible says Jesus himself knew what to do according to John 6:6. All the chaos we see in the world is linked to these three. A covenant has authorisation to come into our lives and families on a legal basis and cannot be cast. The spirits that buffet our families have access to our families through covenants that were covenanted intentionally by our forefathers because they called these spirits to assist them in fighting wars and gave their children in return as we see in Matthew 12:29. The north and south, east and west have covenants that have destroyed us. My prayer in this message is to help us tap into a higher authority that will permanently destroy these covenants. A man who is not affected by these covenants have managed to tap into higher dimensions that have corrected it.
