He said it will be an exciting moments sharing stage with his peer as well as the man who is ruling show biz in the country.

“I have been receiving calls from people in Gokwe because they are getting an appreciati­on of my music. It is good that we are going there to give our best,” he said.

On the other hand Boom Berto famed for his song “Amai Makanaka” that became an anthem is geared for the event.

“It will not be my first time performing in Gokwe but this seem to be a massive event. We are well prepared for it,” he said.

He said he has some new songs he will be performing at the event.

Several government officials are expected to grace the event that will see several musicians performing.

“I am humbled by what the people have done to me. I will only say a lot after the party,” Cde Matemadand­a said.
