Responses to “Govt

cuts tuition fees” This is a great move. Though the fees charged for attachment is still beyond the reach of many, considering the assessors come once during the attachment period yet it is paid through the two semesters in which students are on attachment. Any way of justification for the fees! — @LazarosDube. *** Good move Mr President, we applaud the Government for solving this issue at last. — @GiftNdlovu.

Response to “President meets Lavrov” I see positive change in Zimbabwe two years down the line. Let us believe in ED guys and give him a chance. — Darlington Mapipi. *** Response to “Mugabe manoeuvres under scrutiny — ED” He has got a democratic right. However, if whatever he is doing undermines the progress being made in Zimbabwe then he must be dealt with. If he is a true Zimbabwean he should be helping the people of Zimbabwe achieve what they failed to under him. — David Khumalo.

Companies are closed and there are no jobs, but we are having more political parties instead of factories! Is this the only business we can ever think of as Zimbabweans? What has gotten into us? Some have failed in the election race 20 and more times, but they create lies and don’t give up to think of other things. Our professors, our lawyers and doctors are all into politics. — Ray Mbada.

*** President Mnangagwa needs to deal with these criminals once and for all. They know very well that they can never win, but they just want to divide ZANU-PF votes. — Cephas Javachava.

Response to “Mugabe manoeuvres

under scrutiny — ED” Mugabe is misbehaving because he has not been held accountable for his misdeeds. His wife looted Eaglesvale land, displaced Manzou families, externalised money, got a fake PhD, abused her office and nothing has happened to her. If Government had dragged her feet on the fire, she would not be scheming and urging her husband to do what he is doing. President ED you are a good man, but in this case you are being too nice to the Mugabes after all they have done. We cannot have Grace back again please. — Snake.

*** Response to “Rural women to host

International Women’s Day” A good move towards rural development. — Pretty.

*** Response to “Kamativi lithium evaluation exercise begins” You might want to launch a research into lithium batteries or batteries in general at local universities with a view to manufacturing and exporting batteries rather than the mineral. Lithium batteries are very expensive. — Shiku.

*** Response to “RBZ sets tobacco cash ceiling” Everyone should be encouraged to go electronic, even farm labourers should have mobile wallets. Government should do this by allowing free importation, or encourage the setting up of a local plant to assemble small affordable cellphones. Potraz should push mobile operators to go into farming communities for mobile registration of e-wallets. Farmers would not require cash when they can buy inputs and pay their workers using electronic money. — Gerald. Readers are invited to send comments and feedback through any of the above platforms.
