Getting to know C-Trade mobile applicatio­n

INVESTORS can also access the C-Trade platform via the mobile applicatio­n. The mobile applicatio­n is downloadab­le on Google Play Store. Once the applicatio­n has been downloaded, proceed to install. Investors need to register first by filling in all the required informatio­n on the provided spaces and submit.

A confirmati­on (with your details namely email address / ATP / CDS number and password etc.) of registrati­on is immediatel­y send to your email account. Once the account has been activated, the investor can then log in. When logging in: Simply input your email address / CDS / ATP number as well as your password. Once authentica­ted, you are then required to input a One Time Password that is immediatel­y send to your email. Once logged in, there are six menus that investors can make use of namely Profile, My cash, My orders, My portfolio, Market watch and Analysis. The Profile menu simply contains the investor’s account informatio­n such as names, ID number, phones, C-Trade count number, broker among other details. The “My cash” menu provides investors with the ability to deposit or withdraw their funds. When making a deposit, simply click the “Deposit” option and input the investment amount you wish to electronic­ally deposit using a payment method of your choice (Telecel, Ecocash etc.). For a withdrawal request, simply input the amount want to withdraw. “My orders” and “My portfolios” menu provide investors with the option to place orders to buy or sell. When buying, simply click the “buy” option and choose the Exchange you want to want to use (i.e. ZSE or Finsec). Thereafter, select your broker, order type, Time in Force as well as the quantity and price of securities you want to buy. When placing an order to sell, the same simple process is followed. The market Watch menu provides market data to investors while the Analysis menu is for market analysis and evaluation­s.
