Publicity and Broadcasting Services yesterday bade farewell to Dr Rino Zhuwarara who retires after a long career in the civil service. At the time of his retirement Dr Zhuwarara was the director of the Zimbabwe Film and Television School of Southern Africa ( ZIFTESA), a position he held since 2008. He is a former executive chairman of ZBC and former chairman of the English Department at the University of Zimbabwe (1993 - 2002). – Picture: @ InfoMinZW
