The issue of drainage needs urgent attention. Bad drainage affects roads and water run off. Will the “big bosses” at various councils take heed, or will they push to get their new cars and Christmas bonuses for doing absolutely nothing? The cities are in a bad state of repair, starting with Harare. - @ ViX.

This issue is already politicised. South Africa is getting US$ 40 billion, while other countries in the region are receiving something albeit lesser amounts to decommission environmentally unsustainable plants; all countries including Zimbabwe should benefit! - @ Mura Costa Tarabuku.
