The return of Yutman
BUDDING Zim dancehall artiste, Admire Mupamhanga, whose stage name is Yutman, is back with an eight-track album titled “Tichiri pamufambo”.
The album due to be released today (Friday) is set to rock the Zim dancehall circles as the energetic musician is well- known for tackling social issues through inspiring and exciting lyrics.
The album was co- produced by Hysound of Hysounds Studios and Ayat of Hot Property Studios.
The young chanter has found new home at the high-riding Harare- based studios Hot Property, which is being run by talented and multi-award winning Zim dancehall chanter, Killer T.
The album carries tracks such as “Simbiso”, “Yamai”, “Netsai”, “Sister Rosemary”, “Kupera Usati Watanga” featuring Killer T’s brother The Gen- eral, “Ndakaita Chirangano” featuring The General, “Makandinakira Jesu” and the title track “Tichiri Pamufambo”.
He dedicated the track “Tichiri pamufambo” to his late father.
He said he was thankful to his fans whom he described as loyal and patient.
“I am very grateful to my fans,” he said.
“I dedicate all what I do to them. I am happy that I finally found a new home (Hot Property Studios) something which I always dreamt of.
Killer T is my icon. He inspires me to soldier on. “I have already set new trends with ‘N’anga’ solid messages as well as good arrangement of songs,” said the youthful musician.
Yutman mooted his musical career in 2008 but started recording in 2011. He has so far recorded 30 songs including hit songs “Kubhinya vana”, “Nerudo”, “Sister vekusvondo” and “Kudhakwa” all released in 2013.
