WhatsApp group for dad’s girlfriends

INDEED, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!
A Mutare woman allegedly posted the nude pictures of her husband and his girlfriend in a WhatsApp group.
As a result, the mistress, Patience Tapuwa Kusena dragged her lover’s wife, Debrah Murombo, to Mutare Civil Court as she was applying for a protection order.
Kusena argued that she wasn’t aware that Simba Musorowegomo was married.
“Her husband told me that he was a widower. We moved in together as husband and wife. Plans were at an advanced stage to solemnise our union. I only came to know that he was married following the leaking of our nudes on WhatsApp,” said Kusena.
She added that Murombo was threatening to visit her workplace in Chiadzwa to harass and assault her.
In response, Murombo said she is the one who should be granted a protection order as Kusena knows her address.
She also denied posting the nudes in the said WhatsApp group.
She said her minor son created the group for his father’s girlfriends and posted the pictures there.
“All my children know that Patience is my husband’s girlfriend. She calls even during ungodly hours to harass and insult me, telling me how I am incapable of keeping a man.
“I got the pictures from my husband’s phone when he came to visit us in Harare and forwarded them to my phone. However, I do not know what got into my son’s mind when he posted the pictures,” said Murombo.
“Patience works at the same company with my husband. I went to Chiadzwa to sign some papers and clarify that I was his only wife. Word was doing rounds that my husband was about to take another wife so he wanted to clear that rumour.
“Patience is the one who is trying to force my husband into marrying her, yet he is done with her. My husband and I are rekindling our love but this woman wants to destabilise that. It is over between the two of them,” said Murombo.
Kusena insisted that Musorowegoma should take her as a second wife as her image has been tarnished by the circulation of the nude pictures.
However, Musorowegomo said he never promised to marry her.
Mr Chipato granted the protection order in Kusena’s favour.
The order bars Murombo from insulting, harassing and visiting Kusena.
