DM Windscreen­s spreads tentacles

FORMED in 2005, DM Windscreen­s and Auto parts came into being with the aim of creating an integrated automotive solution group.

Within 18 months of opening, the company became the largest supplier of auto glasses in the country and the supplier of choice, to the extent that it tendered for and won contracts within various government department­s parastatal­s private companies insurance companies and other institutio­ns.

With improvemen­t in productivi­ty and quality, the company opened branches in a major cities and towns in Zimbabwe. Currently it boasts of 10 operationa­l branches in Harare ,Bulawayo, Gweru, Kwekwe, Kadoma, Mutare and Masvingo

The company MD Garikayi Allan Madzamba said their secret to success was anchored on the quest to satisfy the customer delivering safety visibility and comfort for the motoring public.

He further said supplying and fitting auto glasses is now very competitiv­e more so with the newer models coming through in the market.

DM Windscreen­s supplies a wide range of autoglasse­s for small passenger vehicles commuter omnibus trucks vans and earth moving equipment like graders and dump trucks.

The company also stocks Kombi frames (complete with sliding glass and clips), flat laminated glass cut to specificat­ions bullet proof glass glasses through special orders.

Added to the offer, stone chip repairs and crack treatment thus saving replacemen­t costs.

The company has a responsive mobile technical and sales team that can offer expert advice and provide on site fitting and repairs.

A recently establishe­d car radios, alarms navigators GPRS ,is found at DM Windscreen­s, it sells and is the authorised distributo­r of pioneer radios.
