ZIMBABWE’S beauty queens were not just stunning on stage this year, but were powerful voices advocating for change, leaving their mark on the world.

As the year rounds up, we celebrate these inspiring women whose achievemen­ts extend far beyond the catwalk. Brooke Bruk Jackson: Not only did she grace the Miss Universe stage after a 22-year hiatus for Zimbabwe, but she also championed nancial inclusion for women in the informal sector, earning a top 10 spot as a Voice of Change Ambassador.

Kudzai Matizha: is multi-talented law student isn't just Miss Zimbabwe Queen 2023; she's also the founder of Ruvheneko, a project tackling illiteracy through book donations, workshops, and targeting children at risk.

Courtney Jongwe: Miss Earth Zimbabwe 2023 isn't just about environmen­tal beauty; she advocates for sustainabl­e solutions to plastic pollution, aligning with SDG 13 and promoting responsibl­e waste management. Charlotte Muziri: Beyond winning Miss Fitness at Miss Internatio­nal 2023, this author, philanthro­pist, and champion of sustainabl­e developmen­t writes about ethical resource manageprov­ing ment, beauty and brains go hand-inhand.

Sakhile Zie Dube: Not only did she win Miss Supranatio­nal 2023 Regional Model of the Year, but she also uses her platform to empower orphans through her Zibusiso Foundation, providing education, skills training, and resources.
