Aesthetic entreprene­ur revels in glory

Two years into their operations, Zarrow Aesthetics and IV Bar, a company that specialise­s in facials, body treatments and contouring, massages, pedicures and manicures among other tailormade services has won hearts thanks to their unparallel­ed quality, yet a ordable services.

Speaking on the occasion of their second anniversar­y, the company’s founder and managing director Farai Beualar Munemo said she was highly encouraged by their progress and pledged to continue giving the best service possible.

“It's been a remarkable two years since we started this journey and we are proud of the strides we have made thanks to the support and goodwill we enjoy," Munemo said.

“As we continue making the necessary steps in building a legacy brand out of Zarrow Aesthetics, we promise to continue reinventin­g in sync with obtaining trends in our sector so that we give our clients the best customer experience.”

The quali ed aesthetici­an who boasts of over ve years’ experience in the aesthetics industry said they had won the hearts of many thanks to their quality workmanshi­p.

"We o er the best customer experience with every job we sign up for and we are glad to have learnt from our two years’ experience of profession­al operations," she said.

"Beyond the two years that Zarrow Aesthetics has been in existence, I personally have over ve years’ experience in the sector.

"The company and team continue drawing inspiratio­n from my experience while researchin­g on other relevant sector speci cs to guarantee continuity, quality service and customer satisfacti­on."

Munemo said they had built a solid team of profession­als who give attention to detail in their line of duty.

“Since our establishm­ent in June 2021, our greatest motivation has been to deliver cutting edge aesthetic skin and body treatments to individual­s aged 18 years and above," she said.

“We have a solid team of profession­als that o er tailor- made services to perfection and the feedback we are getting from the market is highly encouragin­g.”

The a able businesswo­man said their business premises have become a comely home for all in need of aesthetics and beauty services.

“Our ‘beauty hub’-cum business o ces in Greendale, Harare, o ers a comely environmen­t for all our clients and we are grateful for the support," she said.

"We have become a second home to our treasured clients who value our quality yet a ordable services."

Of their two-year journey, Munemo told The Standard that they have their highs and lows but she is encouraged by the wealth of experience gained from that journey.

“We have learnt from all our experience­s, good and bad; and from here on, things can only get better. Like the wise say, 'nothing beats experience," she said.

“Our industry is generally delicate and calls for attention to detail in all our procedures hence the con dence that we now boast of after serving clients from all sectors of the economy."

Of their services, Munemo said they were as broad as possible and drew their inspiratio­n from giving the best service possible on the market.

Responding to associated risks of the trade given that skin and treatments are delicate, Munemo said they always trodde carefully hinting that profession­alism counts.

“Skin and body treatment is a delicate undertakin­g with associated risks depending on how a client’s skin may react to the agreed procedures, but we always ght to give the best service possible.
