Albert Chimedza on ‘Flash floods

due to poor drainage system’ Let’s hope that the City Fathers and whoever else allocates building stands now understands the consequences of ignoring environmental concerns. Much of this disaster has to do with bad city planning and management. People are being allowed to build in areas that shouldn’t be built on.

*** Amonmaruva Madiro on ‘Mind your own business: Makandiwa’ Wolves in sheepskin. Matthew 24, Daniel 7 and Revelations 13, foretold the people like Makandiwa and his band of false prophets and fraudsters, I don’t have kind words for them.

*** Rodney Simbarashe Manzungu

on ‘Thank you Zimbabwe’. Praise the Lord. Thank you Jesus for your hands are covering the life of this precious princess.

*** Vanessa Cheryl Chidembo on ‘Chirisa in big Hollywood role’. Lovely. Wish him all the best in his career

Teknon on ‘Monetary authorities go Biblical’ God bless Zimbabwe. It’s encouraging that some of our leaders are God fearing.

*** Tinovaziva on ‘Six provinces risk

flooding.’ Places like Muzarabani have a perennial flooding problem. Just take a look at the name. Also may I point out that Horton’s infiltration excess flow is not the only cause of flooding, but other causes such as antecedent moisture in the soil, subsurface return and human activities.

*** Kirem on ‘Ministry sets maxi

mum subjects at O-Level.’ I very much like the selected compulsory subjects. I felt the previous suited the whites and from an African point of view it didn’t give me skills I could have even used if I had failed to go to university. Also, it made me not appreciate agriculture thinking it’s for peasants. I really like this, wow. Well done Minister Dokora. *** Mambo on ‘Day-old baby dumped in rains’ How I wish our laws, when they sentence women involved in such cases, the father of the child should also be charged. A child is a result of two people coming together.
