Rein in Parirenyatwa Hospital

EDITOR — Parirenyatwa Hospital is now proving to be not so friendly.

On Tuesday last week, my brother broke a leg and was admitted in Ward B1.

Shockingly, he had not been attended to by Friday because he was on a waiting list. This means that it takes over a week for Parirenyatwa to apply plaster casts on eight individuals who are on the waiting list.

After waiting for four days, we were then told to pay for a private ward in D1, where my brother was quickly attended to.

This shows that this hospital is now prioritising money than saving lives. I pray for Government intervention and correct this mess.
