@SundayMailZim @munyaram on “Not all hope lost in agric” We remain optimistic, but there should be a plan B in case of a serious disaster. www.sundaymail.co.zw
Rudo Saungweme on “It won’t be
easy, but it is doable” Well said by John Roberts. Our collective efforts will build the Zimbabwe we all want. Let us all shun criticism from the so called ‘stupids’ who are mobilised to demonstrate in the streets always. We are in the era of working together, bringing ideas and supporting all Government efforts as we move towards an economic trajectory.
*** Elijah Chihota on “Zim saves fortune on energy bill” This is a positive stride. Promotion of local power generation through ZESA and independent power producers will go a long way in pushing electricity into remote rural areas and promote irrigation in the face of erratic rains.
*** Elijah Chihota on “Bitter medicine
for traffic offenders” Such hefty penalties act as a deterrent to would be offenders. Our roads had become a nightmare as reckless drivers were breaking every rule in the Highway Code thereby endangering both passengers and pedestrians. Many people have been maimed by such drivers and such fines would curb road carnage.
*** Eileen B Zhou on “Surviving Ian
Smith’s hit list” These are best parts of our history that remain unknown. We, as children of liberation war heroes, hear them from our parents and relatives. It is nice of The Sunday Mail to do this. Thank you. We know it was hard for you to do this in the past. We hope you carry on with other war heroes and heroines, asking spouses and families. We would love to hear from them. Those who came back from the war and those that did not. Thank you guys.
