CASES of people running away from quarantine centres are shocking.

When one digs deep on the characters of some of these escapees, it is clear they are the same people who took every opportunit­y to denounce Zimbabwe while in their foreign bases.

They are also the same people who were quick to post pictures on social media alleging the centres were unfit for human habitation. Such cases leave me thinking that our authoritie­s are too soft in certain regards — William Jenga, Harare. ***
