In response to the comments on accidents, there should be a distinction between commenting on accidents or crime here. Accidents are caused by people who drive recklessly and not by the police. Criminals are our brothers or cousins, nephews, et cetera.

ZRP is apolitical and if you are a member of political opposition (I don’t think there is any such in this country anymore), don’t break laws so that when you are apprehended you use that against the police. They do their job well. — Masaisai.

We thank the Government of Zimbabwe for being proactive in ensuring a state of preparedness in the face of another potentially devastating storm, less than two years after Cyclone Idai. Let us keep praying to God that the impact of Tropical Depression Chalane will be moderate, with minimum loss of life and infrastructure. — Hosiah Mviringi.

I was shocked to read some comments on social media by people who were criticising Tino Kadewere for meeting President Mnangagwa. It seems some people are still in denial, more than two years after elections.

The fact is President Mnangagwa is the President of Zimbabwe, whether you like it or not.

As President, it is his duty to meet with Zimbabweans from all walks of life. Tino is free to associate with whoever he wants.

We are daily asking for an inclusive society where people have freedom of association and to be who they want to be. If you don’t want to associate with ABC, we must respect you for that too. Fair that way. — Vashe.
