Potato and bacon baubles

The perfect dish for the festive season and you only need three ingredients! Cut the cooking time in half by using the microwave to pre-cook the potatoes before you bake them in the oven. 20 min prep

Ingredients

2x400g pocket baby potatoes

8 streaky bacon rashes, halved lengthways

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Method steps

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Cook potatoes

Step 3

Wrap a potato with a piece of bacon. Use a cocktail skewer to secure the bacon to the potato. Place on prepared tray. Repeat with remaining potatoes and bacon

Step 4

Spray potatoes with oil spray. Sprinkle with the sugar. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crisp. taste.com
