Mother's Day is a celebration honouring the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. Mother's Day is a very special day. Mothers deserve this day and we must celebrate them.

Our mothers carried us in their wombs for nine months and after that, they nursed us as babies before nurturing us into who we are today.

So, I want to give credit to our mothers because they have done so much for us. Mother's Day is a very special day. I wish all the mothers out there all the best and long lives.

Mildred Tsande

Having a mother around is very important.

Without the guidance and love from mothers, some children end up living on the streets. When a mother is around, she always makes sure that she stands for and with her children. Mother's Day should be made a national holiday.

Patience Mutandi

I believe in Mother's Day because I know that it is such an amazing feeling to be a mother. I am a mother of two boys and I love them so much.

Mothers are the backbone of any family.

They offer guidance, love and a lot of lessons. It takes a lot to be a mother. Most importantly, mothers play a huge role in determining a child's behaviour and eventual path in life.

Tawanda Pagara

Mother's Day is a very special day when we celebrate mothers.

Mothers always stand with us in every situation that we go through.

I am who l am today because of my mother. If it were not for mothers, this world would be so hopeless.

We should all come together and celebrate this very important day.

Sekesai Mkombachoto

Mother's Day is very important. For any child to succeed in life they need the blessings of their mother.

Mothers are the bedrock of any family. Without mothers, I can tell you that there can be no family to talk about.
