The Girl Child in ZAOGA.
ZAOGA FIF Ministries International under Dr Ezekiel Guti has played a powerful role in the empowerment of the Girl Child through the Girls Fellowship, also passionately known as GOQ.
The Girls fellowship is one of the church platforms to talk and discuss the development of a Christian girl as not only a mother of tomorrow but also a leader in different spheres of life through transformation by the word of God. Founded in the year 1981 at Highfield Revival Centre by the Apostle and servant of God, Dr EH
Guti, the Girls' Fellowship, which is an outreach wing, has transformed the lives of many girls all over the world since its formation. It teaches the girls to stand firm in this life and the life to come, with the help of our spiritual parents Dr E.H and Apostle Eunor Guti ,whose teachings emphasise on chastity. A girl is taught not just to think about marriage but to see life beyond it as business women , employers and not employees, buying big properties land other valuable assets. Dr E.H Guti encourages that "marriage should find you moving towards better things as a girl".
The main objectives of the Girls ministry include reaching out to other girls with the gospel of our Lord Jesus and saviour of mankind, encouraging a girl to be outstanding in life, training
a girl to be industrious and never to sell her body for anything but to know that it is the Lord God who gives her strength to be rich; training them to be self reliant using their own hands and be independent
Most of the girls and women who graduated from this ministry have
become successful businesswomen employers with some owning houses, cars etc.
Both young and mature girls are empowered with marketable skills and knowledge to be competitive and confident decision makers. The ministry promotes self worth and confidence to make their own choices and affect change in the Lord. Through weekly meetings at each local.ZAOGA church assembly and Girls Conferences, the ministry creates networking opportunities for girls to share life and vocational skills and educational tips.
