Fact file: Tinashe Manzungu

Manzungu is founder and executive chairman of TM Group, which consists of companies with interests in real estate, health insurance, agriculture, finance and mining and earthmoving machinery. The group’s name is derived from his initials;

He is a holder of a Doctorate in Business Leadership (DBL) from the International Women’s University (IWU);

Holds a Master of Science in Business Leadership (MBL) from IWU;

Has an Honours Degree in Geography and Environmental Science from the Midlands

State University;

He is a holder of Master of Business Administration from Mancossa University South Africa;

Has been appointed to various boards which include Midlands State University, Association of Health Care Funders of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Association of Micro Finance Institutions and Zimcare Trust; and

Has won several awards which include Zimbabwe Chamber of SME s Business Person of the Year, Megafest Outstanding Young Entrepreneur and ZNCC Entrepreneur of the Year.
