Implats acquires further shares

JSE-LISTED Impala Platinum (Implats) has concluded agreements to acquire a further 2,5-million Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat) shares, constituting about 0.87% of the RBPlat shares in issue. This will take Implats’ shareholding in RBPlat to 37,72%.
