Ishte kthyer në tmerrin e vjedhjeve të portofolave në Vlorë, duke mos kursyer edhe ambientet e institucioneve të tilla si, Hipoteka apo Ambulancat.
Policia bëri të ditur dje se arrestoi shtetasin Roland B., 43 vjeç nga Tirana, i cili akuzohet për disa vjedhje në qytetin e Vlorës. Sipas të dhënave, deri më tani janë dokumentuar tetë vjedhje të kryera nga 43- vjeçari në Vlorë, por pas verifikimit ai ka rezultuar se ishte person me precedentë penalë për grabitje edhe në kryeqytet. Vjedhjet në Vlorë janë kryer në vitin 2017 dhe 2018, kryesisht në vende ku kishte fluks personash. “Më datë 30.07.2018, ka vjedhur portofolin e shtetases E. Q. Më datë 26.06.2018, në am- bientet e një Ambulance i ka vjedhur portofolin shtetasit F. Sh. Më datë 09.10.2017, në lagjen ‘ Osman Haxhiu’, ka vjedhur portofolin e shtetases G. D. Më datë 02.10.2017, në lagjen ‘ Isa Boletini’, ka vjedhur një portofol të shtetasit A. N. dhe një tjetër të shtetasit M. B. Më datë 15.08.2017, në lagjen ‘ Hajro Çakërri’ ka vjedhur portofolin e shtetases M. B. Më datë 31.07.2017, në urbanin e linjës Skelë- Vlorë ka vjedhur portofolin e shtetasit L. M. Më datë 20.06.2017, në ambientet e ZVRPP Vlorë ka Call for: Promoting the establishment of community health volunteers’ teams to act as change agents and support the community members to adopt healthier behaviors related to NCDs The Health for All Project ( HAP) in Albania is funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation ( SDC) and is being implemented by a consortium of three organizations: the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute ( SwissTPH), and the two NGOs: Terre des hommes ( Tdh) and Save the Children ( SC) through HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefit from better health due to improved Primary Health Care ( PHC) services and health promotion activities. In this framework, HAP will contract one NPO to promote the establishment of community health volunteer teams and train them to act as change agents and to support the community members to adopt healthier behaviors related to NCDs prevention and control. The targeted areas from the intervention are Ballsh City, the Administrative Units of Aranitas and Fratar in the Municipality of Mallakaster, the Administrative Unit of Portez in the Municipality of Fier. Ç. Më datë 30.05.2017, te zyrat e ZVRPP Vlorë ka vjedhur portofolin e shtetases B. B”, thuhej në njoftimin e dhënë nga Policia e Vlorës. Pas denoncimeve, prej 6 muajsh kishte nisur një hetim intensiv për identifikimin dhe kapjen e tij. Por pas dy vjedhjeve të fundit të kryera në Vlorë, blutë kanë mundur të bien në gjurmët e tij dhe të kryejnë edhe arrestimin. Siç mësohet, 43- vjeçari zgjidhte ambiente ku kishte fluks njerëzish për të kryer vjedhjet. Ai vepronte i vetëm dhe kishte në fokus gra ose burra disi në moshë, tek të cilët mund të ndërhynte edhe më lehtësisht për të kryer vjedhjet. Dyshohet se 43vjeçari nga Tirana ka kryer edhe vjedhje të tjera jo vetëm në Vlorë, por edhe në rrethe të tjera të vendit, për të cilat tashmë po punohet për t’i dokumentuar.
