Çelsi pret oferta për Brojën, "hedh grepat" për Duran
Unai Emeri i prish planet, 20- vjeçari dëmtohet
Çelsi po vazhdon të tregojë interes për sulmuesin e Aston Vilës, Xhon Duran, ndërsa përshtatshmëria e tij në skuadrën e Poçetinos është diskutuar më parë nga Çelsi, që po shqyrton ofertat për Armando Brojën.
Aston Vila tashmë ka refuzuar një ofertë nga Uest Hemi për Duran këtë muaj, pasi ata duan të sigurohen që të kenë një zëvendësues përpara. Skuadra e Unai Emerisë pritet të vazhdojë bisedimet me Midëllsbroun për Morgan Roxhersin dhe nëse do të ketë sukses në arritjen e një marrëveshjeje, atëherë mund të marrë në konsideratë ofertat për Duran. Ai ka shënuar katër gola këtë sezon, dy prej të cilëve në Premier Ligë dhe nuk është dashur shumë kohë që rivalët të fillojnë të nuhasin talentin e 20- vjeçarit. Kolumbiani edhe në Angli, janarin e kaluar për 18 milionë paund nga Çikago Fajër. Por në konferencën e djeshme për shtyp përpara sfidës me Çelsin në Kupën FA, trajneri Unai Emeri dha lajmin se sulmuesi i tij do të mungojë për disa javë, pasi është dëmtuar. Broja pritet të jetë titullar sot ndaj "Villains" për t'u përpjekur që drejtuesit e bluve të ndryshojnë mendje. Për 22vjeçarin interesohen Uolvesi, Fulhami dhe Uest Hemi. Çelsi është i hapur për ta shitur, por deri në fund të muajit nuk pritet të vijë një ofertë 35 milionë paund për kartonin e shqiptarit. Ata do të marrin gjithashtu në konsideratë një huazim me detyrim blerjeje në fund të sezonit. Por nuk përjashtohet as që Broja të vazhdojë të veshë fanellën e klubit të tij të zemrës edhe pas 31 janarit. 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.2 Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.
2. Subject: The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ) Gmbh invites qualified companies to express their interest in converting a confiscated minivan into a mobile ambulance.
3. Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal companies which are effectively established in Albania ( participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers). Eligible to apply:
Companies with annual turnover of at least 30,000 euro in the last three years Companies that have licence VII. 3. B. 1
Companies that have at least three contracts of the same type ( have done at least 3 ambulances before)
Companies that have a service point in Tirana, Albania
Companies should have ISO certificates
Companies that provide maintenance for 2 years for the cabin
All devices that will be placed inside the ambulance should have a manual and CE ( should be in compliance with the relevant EU legislation and standards)

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of prequalification will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated, and only prequalified candidates will be invited to answer the bid. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
