A VERY DEEP CHANGE

-

Because the governing Frente de Todos coalition has not yet realised the tremendous change which is occurring in our country, the November elections will have catastrophic results for them, considerably worse than those they obtained in the primaries.

This change is not material; it is taking place in the souls of the voters. To the feelings of sorrow, anger, frustration and lack of hope there is now adding at great speed a desire for a drastic change in course of the ship of state. The vast majority of people want to regain the chance to improve their lives, with more and better work, without all the domination of their daily life by an overwhelming and parasitical state which totally limits their possibility to live in a happy environment. So much so, that if Argentina were to obtain a new leadership which would demand temporary hardships to be able to cure the nation’s basic ills, they would now be willing to accept what in other times would have been impossible. Basically the majority are fed up with empty words, and don’t eat glass anymore!

Yet Frente de Todos, having now incorporated the classic ruffians after the primaries defeat, is accentuating the typical vote-buying procedure it is famous for, in the illusion that in this way they will be able to turn things around. Well, they´ve got it wrong, so wrong, that they are paving the way for a collapse of their coalition (even maybe the government?) once the election results are in.

But beware, at this point they are so desperate that they´ll do just about everything to cling to power, so we must stay very alert, and on November 14 be out there voting and observing massively, because “It’s the Republic, darn it”!
