CREATE AN OUTER BRIGHT YELLOW GLOW

Take the same scratches and fill with a yellow desaturated bright colour. Select the alpha, feather as before, but this time make a light material with scratches as the alpha and diffuse set to the yellow colour. Take both textures and blend them by putting the yellow one on top of the red one, or if you’re using light materials, use a V-ray blend material with a ramp as your alpha.
