20 Final render AND composition

Usually I aim for the minimum amount of tweaks in Photoshop. I use the software to add effects and to do some colour correction on my render output. I use an Ambient Occlusion pass at 50% and paint on the mask with black and white where I want the AO effect to be darker or brighter. After looking at my final image, I realised I wanted more contrast between the green in the back and more yellow on the front of the croc, so in Photoshop I used Hue/saturation and painted where I wanted more yellow areas. Finally, I added blue tone on the left to create a nice gradient effect. With that, my croc creature was complete. Why not try it out for yourself?
