Describe your business?

Uneek 4x4 is an Australian company that designs and manufactures 4x4 equipment right here in Australia. Our head office is located in Carrum Downs Victoria with our Manufacturing plant in Bayswater Victoria. We are part of a large group of 4wd companies known as Automotive Solutions Group. This fast growing group is listed on the ASX as a publically traded company.

Tell us some of the history of your company?

Uneek 4x4 was founded by David Fitzpatrick in 2013 as a partnership with Uneek Bending in Melbourne. All product was developed and made in Dandenong South Victoria then. In 2015 Uneek Bending sold their shares to Barden Fabrications who specializes in sheet metal and was a much better fit for Uneek 4x4’s product line. Late 2016 saw Uneek 4x4 and Barden Fabrications join ASGL.

Initially starting out as a Jeep specialist we’ve grown to many other makes and models.

Where is the company at now?

Uneek 4x4 is growing at a massive rate as it enlarges its product offering. We

concentrate on exterior bar work for a variety of 4wds and are constantly expanding the range. Between Barden and Uneek there are more than 50 people and this number is always increasing.

Unique Selling Point:

Uneek 4x4 has carved out a unique position in the market place by being different to our competitors. We see a lot of competitors simply grabbing popular selling designs and getting the same thing made overseas, and we don’t like that. We specifically design each product to each vehicle on 3D CAD after measuring and

scanning vehicles. We do not copy others designs and all our products is designed, made and tested in Australia. We live by our motto “Created no Cloned”

What makes us different from our Competition?

Our product generally has a more modern look to it than our competitors. Extra features and new features that others don’t include like, LED winch lights, different colour facia panels, tyre carriers where the weight is taken by the chassis but opens with the rear door, bolt on hoops, soft lead in entry for plasma rope, and bolt on rear winch mounts. Our designers actually go off road so know what is required in products.

Who uses our products?

We sell Australia wide, and export to many international countries. Our customers who drive Jeeps buy our products for Touring. The rest tend to buy it for that more aggressive look.

Carving out our own place in the Market in such a short time.
