Describe your business?
Diesel Dog is a product range of advanced filtration kits and accessories. Our core range is secondary fuel filter kits for common rail diesels. Along with this we also do primary fuel filter kits, catch cans and air, oil & fuel filter service kits. The Diesel Dog brand is owned by Filtermax, our parent company.
Tell us some of the history of your company?
The roots of Diesel Dog are firmly entrenched in the Australian 4x4 scene. Robert Samuel, Father and founder of the business, started off in Albury NSW as Albury Shocks and Wheel Alignment Centre. Later on he acquired the TJM Distributorship. With 3 boys growing up, needing work, A Filtration business was purchased to provide additional employment. This side grew fast, with the decision to sell off the TJM and front end repair shop, to concentrate on the filtration. Now called Filtermax, we have gone back to our roots, supplying 4wd's all over the country with the Diesel Dog range of products.
Where is the company at now?
Diesel Dog is just at the beginning of the journey. With a quality product range, our focus is educating common rail diesel owners, to help protect their investment from fuel related issues.

Additional fuel filter kits are not just for those traveling to remote areas. Did you know, a major source of water in vehicle fuel tanks is caused by condensation buildup in the fuel system. Fitment of a Diesel Dog fuel filter kit is critical for the longevity of the fuel system.
