EU investigates Valve over anti-competitive region restrictions
TRUST NOT IN GAMING COMPANIES.
American gaming company Valve has become the target of an antitrust probe launched by the European Union. The EU is concerned that how consumers purchase digital content is reducing cross-border trade and that game publishers may be using activation keys to block consumers, or limit access, to games based on geolocation.
