With the widespread increase in popularity of Android-powered smart devices, as well as a global trend towards ‘mobile first’ web browsing, it may be unsurprising to learn that more people now browse the web from an Android-based device than from a Windows desktop, laptop or tablet. With a 0.02% lead at present, Android holds the lion’s share of the web-browsing market with 37.93% of all web activity, with Windows, iOS and macOS following, respectively.
