Corsair Vengeance LED (Blue) DDR43000 C15
Here be strong results.
This kit is strong to say the least. For a smidgen under $200, you get a quality kit of 2 x 8GB DIMMs at a reasonably paced DDR4-3000 and with 15-17-17-35 timings. Pumping out the bandwidth to deliver increased processing across our Aorus Z270X-Gaming 7 test platform, the user experience was flawless. Booting into the BIOS, changing the system memory to read the XMP profile delivered the desired frequency, latencies and operating voltage to deliver impressive performance and with it good value.
The blue hue emanating from the light bar positioned across the top of the DIMMs delivers a pleasant but not overbearing lighting effect.
This kit is also one of the few in this roundup that we know to be using Samsung B-die ICs in a single ranked design, ensuring an optimum experience for AMD Ryzen users. This is known by the v5.30 marking on the spec stickers.
