James Dorey

is an award-winning insect photographer. He completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland in 2015, and is now studying Fijian bee evolution as part of his Honours year at Flinders University, Adelaide. James’ love of the natural world developed while he was growing up in the Northern Rivers of NSW, where he lived among 20 acres of rainforest regenerated by his father.
