In the charming NSW Southern Highlands town of Bowral, you can shop for beautiful paper goods, watch the artisans of Bespoke Letterpress work magic with vintage presses (left), and indulge in delicious treats at the Press Shop cafe, all on the same premises. “It’s an exciting evolution,” says Alischa Herrmann, owner and director of the couture stationery firm. “Our objective was to simply let our craft extend into its surroundings.” The decor mixes timber, leather and marble with vintage pieces to create bright, welcoming space. www.thepressshop.com.au.
