According to HIA’s annual GWA Kitchen and Bathroom Report, 40 per cent of new kitchens are installed in four days or less, and 23 per cent are complete within five to eight days. The report also found that 47 per cent of kitchen renovations take place without concurrent work taking place in the rest of the house. In 53 per cent of all kitchen renovations, the area of the kitchen is enlarged.
