Nicola Lacey and husband Mark have loved their 700m2 patch since their first day here in 2008. However, the street is what they were initially drawn to. “It’s a cul-de-sac, which is perfect for raising children,” says Nicola. “And we have the best neighbours. We often have impromptu drinks while the kids play street cricket. We even have speakers in the carport for our street parties and gatherings!”
