What are you most looking forward to? Seeing how the planter boxes look when they’re complete. And how the interior finishes come up, in particular the Glosswood ceilings and extra-wide doors.

Will you be on site every day? No, just occasionally. I oversee supervisors across a couple of Mirvac sites. I’ve been involved with My Ideal House since day one, right through the design review process, so it’ll be great to see it come together. What’s been difficult about this job?
