NORTHERN TERRITORY

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Opened in September 2017, the Punchbowl Lookout Walk is a gently graded walk for all ages. The one-hour, 2km round trip offers impressive scenic views into the Onkaparing­a Gorge along the way. walkingsa.org.au

The 1km-long rainforest trail (left) to Liffey Falls, near Launceston, is ideal for children. Help them find tiny marine fossils in the falls’ rockface. parks.tas.gov.au

WESTERN AUSTRALIA
