The ‘Pursuit Special’ article in AMC #73 reminded me of an incident I witnessed in about 1976.

I was a Queensland Ambulance Officer and had arranged to spend a week with the West Australian Ambulance in Perth. We went to Wanneroo Raceway to watch some testing of new ambulances.

While we were there, two police cars were also being tested. As you can see from the photos, one ended up on its roof.
