was almost a great year for Peter Brock. After all, he (and Larry Perkins) won Bathurst, won Sandown and scored more points than arch-rival Dick Johnson in the ATCC. Until he agreed that the cylinder heads he’d used might not have been exactly the right ones. In the end, Brock was excluded from all but two rounds of the championship and the record books show he won only one ATCC race all year, round three, at Symmons Plains. And this is the 1:18 model shown here. As you’d expect, there’s obviously been a lot of research gone into the model and you can get the missing cigarette name stickers on-line.
