DRAWING INSPIRATION from the heyday of Australian beach culture has resulted in a design that is incredibly of the moment at The Kitchen at Shoal Bay Country Club, on the New South Wales mid-north coast. The iconic 1930s hotel has benefitted from a $6 million renovation that has paid deference to its storied past, and assured its future as a stylish gathering place.
