This month our cocktail aficionado Miriam Nice brings us a recipe for a super simple summertime punch

Rosé punch

SERVES 6 PREP 5 NO COOK

1 orange

1 lemon

300g punnet strawberri­es, hulled and halved 1 tbsp honey 750ml rosé wine 250ml dry fino sherry ice

Chop the unpeeled orange and lemon into chunks and put them in a very large bowl. Add all of the other ingredient­s and plenty of ice. Stir really well to mix all of the flavours together. Ladle into glasses..
