Crab roll

1 nori sheet 200g white crab­meat 4 tbsp may­on­naise 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1 av­o­cado, sliced 1-2 tsp wasabi (de­pend­ing on how spicy you like it) 4 hot dog buns

1 Toast the nori sheet in a dry fry­ing pan over a high heat un­til crisp. Leave to cool and cut into strips.

2 Mix the crab­meat with 1 tbsp mayo, the lemon zest and half the juice, then sea­son. Toss the av­o­cado in the re­main­ing lemon juice, and stir the wasabi into the re­main­ing mayo.

3 Di­vide the crab­meat and av­o­cado be­tween the hot dog buns, driz­zle over the wasabi mayo and top with nori.
