Train low to burn fat

Exercising before breakfast can help you burn fat more effectivel­y. ‘Training low’ means working out when your muscle stores of glycogen (glucose) are low, which encourages the body to tap into fat stores for energy. Research has also shown that exercising twice a day or following a low-carb diet will have a similar effect.
