EAT MINDFULLY

Make an effort to notice different textures and flavours and chew food properly – the first step in digestion. Being distracted by TV, laptops or phones means that you’re more likely to eat absent-mindedly and feel unfulfille­d when you finish your meal.

CHOOSE PROBIOTICS AND PREBIOTICS
