Romy uses local produce in her modern Punjabi-bengali cooking – she updates well-known classics, and takes them up a notch with her fresh spicing and skilful use of the tandoor oven. At the event, you’ll meet Romy and Gill and enjoy a feast of contemporary Indian dishes – with some surprise dishes cooked by Gill – plus, each course includes wine pairings expertly matched by Andy Clarke.
