Try these tricks to enhance and brighten the look of your eyes and make them sparkle

1 ILLUMINATE THE ZONE

Highlighters reflect light and make the skin look smoother. When applied to natural high points, such as the tops of cheeks and brow bones, they give them a lift. 2 NURTURE THE SKIN

3 DRAW THE LINE
