COOK UP A STORM

One of the many great joys of my job is travelling our incredible country and sharing the flavours of its many regions. On my most recent adventure I headed just west of Kosciuszko to the Snowy Valleys, where apples, chestnuts, wine and trout fresh from the river will leave you awe-inspired, just like I was.

You really should plan your own trip (when you can) to check it all out, but in the meantime, we’ve got a great selection of recipes for you to try at home.
